I’m a functional medicine-informed weight loss coach for women who are ready to lose weight, manage stress, and finally reclaim their energy.
I earned my Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Southern California and am a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. I bring 20 years of experience in healthcare, beginning as a Navy Corpsman and evolving into roles as a critical care nurse and later an FNP. Throughout my career, I’ve served in both combat and humanitarian deployments, worked in critical care transport, and in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
Serving as a military officer taught me how to lead with clarity, compassion, and grit. That training, combined with my clinical and wellness expertise, makes me uniquely equipped to coach women who want to lose weight, manage stress, and reclaim their energy. I know what it’s like to be completely stressed out and feel like there is no time to take care of yourself, and I know how to help you rise above it with a personalized, sustainable blueprint for lasting wellness.
Over time, I felt called to shift from symptom management to root-cause resolution, which led me to functional medicine and the wellness realm. I hold certifications in NASM personal training and hot yoga/barre. I've taught yoga classes in the U.S., Japan, Australia, and Africa, and I’ve spent years helping people feel strong, energized, and empowered in their bodies.
Today, I serve as a strategic weight loss coach for women who are ready to prioritize themselves. I LOVE helping women uncover the root cause of their nagging symptoms and concerns. I’m all about simple, sustainable changes that create massive results. Whether you’re navigating your career, motherhood, or leadership roles, I’ll help you create the mindset and strategy to lose 20-40 lbs, and regain energy to live your life to the fullest.
