IT'S ME, ESTELA!
I’m a former military officer + nurse practitioner turned functional medicine health coach for women who are tired of feeling exhausted, bloated, stressed, and stuck in a body that doesn’t feel like their own. I help women finally understand what’s going on in their bodies so they can restore their energy, support their gut health, and release stubborn weight in a sustainable, empowering way.
I earned my Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Southern California and am a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. My healthcare career began as a Navy Corpsman and evolved into roles as a critical care nurse and then a nurse practitioner. I’ve served in combat and humanitarian deployments, worked in critical care transport, and cared for patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
My years as a military officer taught me to lead with clarity, compassion, and grit. Combined with my clinical background and functional medicine training, this gives me a unique ability to support women who are juggling careers, families, leadership roles, and the invisible weight of chronic stress, bloating, and weight gain. I know what it feels like to be overwhelmed, depleted, and unsure where to start, and I know how to help you rise above it with a personalized, root-cause approach to wellness.
Over time, I felt called to shift from symptom management to root-cause resolution, which led me to earning my functional medicine certification through the Kalish Institute of Functional Medicine. I also hold certifications in NASM personal training and hot yoga/barre. I've taught yoga classes in the U.S., Japan, Australia, and Africa, and I’ve spent years helping people feel strong, energized, and connected to their bodies.
Today, I serve as a strategic health coach for women who are ready to prioritize themselves. I LOVE helping women uncover the root cause of their nagging symptoms and concerns. I’m all about sustainable changes that create massive results.
